We are fully registered with Workers Compensation Board (WCB) and we are COR certified with Alberta safety construction. At ServeGreen we are focused on providing environmental friendly cleaning to the commercial and industrial businesses. At the ServeGreen we offer a wide range of cleaning services to both commercial and residential clients.
Our services are available on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. We also offer our clients short, medium and long term arrangements depending on the client's budget and requirements.
ServeGreen Cleaning Service Ltd. is a growing company based on the loyalty to our clients and by providing them with great service. We continually look for new ways to serve our customers better. Customer Service is the highpoint of our organization, we train our employees to listen to our customer's expectations, how to solve problems and how to communicate with the customer. Communication is crucial in any business, we like to keep in touch with our client by phone, email, and fax. If we make any changes or if something comes up unexpectedly we contact our client and make sure that the client is informed and satisfied with the new arrangement.
Quality is important and written reports provide feedback to our client on many levels. Daily, weekly and monthly inspection is done by manager, quality controller and supervisors.
At ServeGreen we only use green certified products that are green sealed, our mission is to protect our environment.
When we hire our employees they must have a clean record and all go through an employment orientation. It is also important to look at honesty, reliability and interpersonal skills. We train them in how to handle and use the cleaning chemicals safely, WHMIS, safety and protection, equipment care and maintenance and company policies. At ServeGreen all our employees must have uniform and WHMIS certificate.
We also train our employees when we get to the job site on: accessing and exiting the building, knowledge of the facility, task schedule, log books and how to use
Our area manager and supervisors are individual trained in: hazard assessment, human resources, first aid, leadership, customer service, sales, equipment and have taken health and safety courses.
Our Manager communicates with our staff and customers on daily basis by email, phone, and on-site inspection. They also inspects all the periodic work while in progress and with the client on their site visitations. During these visits the Area Manager completes an inspection of the facility and documents it on a Quality Assurance report. They look over 98 inspection points which are divided by area. Then the report is sent to the client by email notifying them of the Quality Assurance results.
